Meet Tyrenda Pentecost, a dedicated Realtor, coach, and entrepreneur passionate about helping others build lasting wealth and create better futures through homeownership and smart investments.

Tyrenda joined City of Trees Real Estate because she wanted to be part of a focused, driven team that values both excellence and authenticity. With a background as a mortgage lender for over a decade and experience in real estate recruiting, she brings a unique understanding of both the financial and personal side of buying and selling homes. For Tyrenda, real estate is about more than transactions. It is about helping families change their financial trajectory and create generational opportunities.

She studied at both Fresno State and Boise State, and her professional background has equipped her with the knowledge, communication skills, and determination needed to advocate fiercely for her clients throughout every step of the process.

Outside of real estate, Tyrenda is passionate about creating opportunities that improve people’s lives in meaningful and creative ways. She is deeply passionate about skincare, wellness, and creating products and experiences that help people feel confident and cared for. As a throws coach and mentor, track and field has become one of the greatest ways she fills her own cup while pouring into others through leadership, confidence, discipline, and personal growth.

Family is at the center of everything Tyrenda does. She shares life with her husband Craig, their daughter Faith, their son Todd, and daughter-in-law Hailey, along with their beloved pets Samson and Pumpkin.

Tyrenda’s greatest strength is her ability to genuinely connect with people. Whether she is helping a first-time buyer, guiding an investor, or mentoring young athletes, she leads with authenticity, compassion, and a commitment to helping others move forward with confidence.
