The decision to pursue a career in real estate was a natural progression for Teresa, stemming from her innate passion for sales and her deep-seated desire to assist others in realizing their homeownership dreams. Witnessing the transformative moment when keys are handed over to new homeowners, especially those who once doubted their ability to own property, fills Teresa with immense satisfaction. To her, age is never a barrier to achieving the dream of homeownership.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Hospitality Management from the University of South Carolina, Teresa's educational background imbues her with a strong foundation in customer service. Drawing from her hospitality roots, she understands the significance of creating positive experiences, particularly in what can be a stressful process like buying or selling a home.

As a first-generation American with roots spanning Sweden and Mexico, Teresa embodies cultural diversity. Her family, including her partner and her adorable daughter Ana, brings her immense joy and fulfillment. Outside of work, Teresa finds solace in playing and coaching volleyball, enjoying quality time with her loved ones, and unwinding at happy hours.

Having called Boise home for six years, Teresa finds solace in the warmth and friendliness of her community. Believing in the importance of giving back, she actively supports local businesses and engages in community service initiatives, embodying her belief in "owning where you live."
