With 18 years of experience, she's earned a stellar reputation in our close-knit real estate community. In 2017, her team closed 60 transactions, prompting Kara to question the life she was living in the real estate business. Operating with an assistant and two buyer's agents, she pushed for growth but struggled with balancing the lead with revenue model. She was the epitome of what most agents in the business become - more successful than most, yet operating on a thin margin.

Recognizing the need for capital, tech, marketing, and better systems in today's real estate landscape, Kara joined City of Trees Real Estate in April 2018. Her decision to align her business with the team marked a turning point. In just her first year, starting in April 2018, her income surged by an impressive 15%.
