In 2011, Chase founded Own Boise, a real estate team serving the thriving Boise community. Through hard work and a client-focused approach, Own Boise has consistently assisted over 175 families each year in reaching their real estate aspirations.

Chase's commitment to excellence hasn't gone unnoticed. In 2011, Realtor Magazine recognized him as one of the "Top 30 Under 30" real estate agents among more than a million professionals. In 2014, the Boise Regional Realtors honored him as Realtor of the Year, reflecting his dedication to both his clients and the industry.

Seeing a need for supportive guidance in the real estate world, Chase established Advance Coaching in 2016. This venture has allowed him to work closely with numerous professionals, providing them with the tools and insights needed to navigate a competitive market successfully.

In 2023, Chase partnered with Brent Hanson to co-own The Real Estate Growth Network and City of Trees Real Estate. Together, they've been involved in over 5,500 property transactions, totaling more than $2 billion in real estate. Their focus is on developing systems that help others effectively scale their businesses.

Family is at the heart of Chase's life. He and his wife are proud parents of three sons, aged 20, 19, and 12. Spending quality time outdoors with his family is one of his greatest joys. An avid sports enthusiast, Chase also enjoys coaching football, instilling values of teamwork and dedication both on and off the field.
